The side effects continue to keep me on low gear and neutral. The spasms and electric bone twinges decreased today along with the digestive rumbles. At least it dissipated enough that I was able to get out for breakfast and a stroll—or perhaps more accurately, a roll—through our local art museum. It was our luck, too, that we caught the final day of the current exhibit by Ray Turner: Population, a series of portraits on glass.
