FDA approves T-DM1 (Kadcyla) for HER2 positive MBC

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today approved the use of Kadcyla (ado-trastuzumab emtansine) for treatment of advanced breast cancer for patients with HER2 positive BC. In recent studies referred to as EMILIA the drug was known as T-DM1.
