What a lazy day. Between a night of insomnia from 2:00 o’clock on for some reason to a day of feeling just plain sick. Random pains and nausea plus a persistent headache and, of course, fatigue. I wonder whether this is from the possible case of shingles and maybe some from the antibiotic. Whatever the case, I am flopping around and lying low.

I surely hope that you feel better! Thinking of you!
Crap……….. so sorry to hear this.:-(
I’m betting it’s the antibiotics. They can be a double-edged sword.
XOXOXO,
Brenda
I hope this passes soon. Antibiotics always drag me down. I just hope you have something to take away the pain from the headache and I am sorry if it’s a possible case of shingles. I loved your exercises from yesterday so much and I had so much work that I missed the gym so I did your routine while stuck on the computer. I send you virtual prayers, hugs and XoXoXo – Susan
Hoping whatever it is passes very very soon and you are back to smiling again. Bright healing light, owl wings and eagle’s eyes for you Dear Lady!
